BHUJANG ASAN or KOBRA POSE
TECHNIQUE
1.Lie down on stomach facing floor .Keep both hands
near shoulders while palms facing floor.
2.Inhale and lift face and chest up and look towards sky .
3. Keep both legs together and knees should be tight and and toes pointed.
4. Contract the anus and buttocks ,tighten the thighs.
6.Exhale ,bend elbows and rest trunk on floor and come back .Repeat for 2 or 3 times .
